Part of the Easy Group, easyGym launched in 2010 with Stelios and the team providing top quality gyms at a fraction of competitor prices.

Objectives

Following the launch of a new website and upcoming gym openings , the well-known brand sought our digital expertise for the following:

Re-engage non converting traffic with the easyGym brand
Achieve a challenging £5 cost per conversion

Strategy

With high volumes of traffic split across 8 gym locations, varying exercise types and workout classes – we identified the need to segment our target audiences. Capturing visitors at different on-site engagement points, we used tailored advert creative through display remarketing to specifically re-engage each audience type.

In addition to this, we aimed for a higher level of engagement by utilising the viewable impression data. Advertising spend was therefore optimised in favour of the audience segments who had seen atleast 50% of the advert frames.

Results

✓ Display remarketing campaign sees 48% of lost visitors reached
✓ 17% click conversion rate through successful membership signups.
