Team Haystack In London Town

On the 10th of May, Criteo invited Team Haystack down to London for a talk on the 2018 Commerce Marketing Trends and Solutions for Commerce Marketing at the Roof Terrace at Ham Yard Hotel in Soho. We all jumped at the chance for a team outing in London town as well as catching up with everyone from the Criteo team.

When we arrived in London we headed to this little pub called Coach & Horses in Convent Garden which was recommended to us by Michael and Ollie from the company Sizmek. Coach & Horses pub has won awards for the best Guinness in London and are well known for its salt beef sandwiches, which is a must if you are ever around the Convent Garden area.

Luckily that day, the weather in London was beautiful so we went to explore the city before the event and had a walk around Leicester Square. Time was fast approaching, it was time to head to the Ham Yard Hotel in Soho for the #criteoforum talk. The venue that Criteo had chosen was situated on the roof terrace of the Ham Yard Hotel and was just picturesque, literally the perfect venue.

We were greeted with big smiles, glasses of champagne and delicious canapes whilst we listened to great insights on the 2018 Commerce Marketing Trends and Solutions for Commerce Marketing. It was great to socialize with other agencies, discussing the event in more detail and sharing tips that we could bring back to our own agencies.

Unfortunately, it was time to leave the event and head for our train back to Leeds. On the way out, we were each given our very own goodie bag. Thanks so much to Criteo for the incredible event and insights, Team haystack had an amazing time.

Thanks London for a great time, we shall be back very soon!
